Recommendations before yoga class
Avoid coming to class on a full stomach,
but make sure that you are well nourished,
you’ll need energy for your class.
Keep yourself hydrated, bring plenty of water with you.
We recommend you to wear clothing you feel comfortable getting sweaty in.
Please, inform the instructor if you have any pre-existing health condition or injury.
You can rest at any point in any class. It’s a fundamental part of yoga. Rest in Savasana as many times as you need. If you need to leave the practice room, have a conversation with your instructor first.
Please don’t join us if you have a cold/flu.
