Studio Etiquette
Help support this community by following these guidelines.
Together we can create a peaceful and inspiring space.
Please book or cancel your class in advance.
Register or cancel online for the class from confirmation email, your account or from the app.
Be there on time.
Kindly show up with 5-10 minutes before the class to give yourself time to settle into your space. We are counting on your understanding and mutual respect, that once the class begins, latecomers are not permitted to enter the class.
No shoes.
Please remove all footwear before entering the practice room and store them on the shoe shelf.
Due to hygienic reasons (especially cosmetics), using a towel during class is mandatory.
Minimize personal fragrances.
Keep personal hygiene. Wear fresh clothes and avoid perfumes, scented lotion and oils.
Food and beverage are not allowed inside the practice room.
Time to disconnect.
Truly take a break and tuck your phone away when you arrive. Our goal is to help you get maximum benefits from your yoga class, therefore if for some reason you cannot leave your cell phone in the locker, there is no problem, we will see each other at the next yoga class.
Be minimal, please take only your mat, towel and water bottle with you.
To keep our space tidy, please leave bags and all personal belongings in the changing area. A small locker for valuables is available for use during the class, please ask the instructor for details.
Please speak quietly and kindly while in the practice room.
This is our chance to relax and take a break from our busy schedule. Let us maintain an environment of peace for the enjoyment of others.
Respect yourself, your fellow members and your teacher.
Minimize distraction to those around you. Talking during class is a major distraction for the spiritual folks around you.
Please wipe down your mat after use.
Please remove everything from the changing room before you leave, do not leave anything behind.
We can store only your personal yoga mat. We will dispose of any items left behind for more than 2 weeks.
