Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is the science of human body development. Its main components are asanas (yogic postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises).
Proper execution of asanas and breathing exercises lead to purification of the physique and mind. Thus, asanas give the practitioner the opportunity to control their emotions, concentration and belief, while breathing techniques, which involve controlling breathing and thus energies, help calm the mind and have positive effects on the immune system.Their constant practice:
-
- slows down the speed of the aging process
- prevents the occurrence of some diseases, sometimes heals
- improves memory, attention, learning efficiency, mood and concentration
- it removes anxiety, depression, hostility, increases well–being, social adaptation and self–acceptance
- improves excretory functions, dexterity, reaction time, posture,
- integration of body parts functions, sleep, normalizes gastrointestinal functions, endocrine functions, weight and stabilizes the autonomic nervous system
Anyone, regardless of age, gender, experience or physical ability, can practice yoga.
HATHA YOGA VINYASA
Vinyasa was born from the combination of breathing and movement. A practice of vinyasa flow is an energetic pathway into the ether, asanas (postures) are like pearls pulled on a thread, and breathing is like the sea breeze that calms the waves of the sea that are represented by our thoughts.
Vinyasa (movement) binds (connects) asanas to each other just as pearls are connected on a thread. Yogic breath pervades movements and postures just as pearls are pierced by thread. Each movement is attributed either an inhale or an exhalation, or, there are cases in which in one movement we perform several breaths, respectively several asanas in apnea. An example of vinyasa is the “Sun Salutation“.
It may be a while before you understand the system, but then you will be able to “thread the pearls“ effortlessly. The purpose of this practice is to use the breath to connect mind and body to each other. You will develop a strong body–mind connection, increase your flexibility and strength, which will also be the most visible benefits, in addition to a calm and quiet attitude. It is like a meditation in motion: thoughts are dissolved in the flow of movements, the breath drives movements, they merge, everything becomes intuitive, natural.
HAPPY SPINE
The Happy Spine therapeutic course is dedicated to all people suffering from back and neck pain, but also to those who just want to maintain the good health of their spine.
It is scientifically proven that asanas (physical postures in yoga) and pranayama (breathing exercises) have a beneficial effect on the body both physically, energetically and mentally. That is why by infiltrating these exercises in our physical workouts we will acquire better health in all respects.
The aim of the course is the rehabilitation of the spine and nervous system through a set of safe and effective exercises.
After regular and long practice, we will be able to notice improvements in body posture that will bring with it partial or complete relief of physical pain. We will learn to be more aware, so we can be even happier.
„Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured.”

FLYING YOGA
Yoga and „inversion therapy”
Flying Yoga is a challenging, relaxing and even fun activity, filled with benefits for the body. This form of body maintenance involves several types of exercise inspired by yoga, dance, pilates or aerial acrobatics. The most interesting element is the unique method of performing the exercises, because some of them are done in the air, in a hammock. The hammock acts as a cradle or trapezoid, which improves flexibility and easy movement of the body.
Many hammock exercises are inspired by yoga, moreover, the hammock allows us to become aware of our own weight and keep the body in static and active positions. In a relatively short time we can learn the correct execution of many asanas (yoga postures) on the ground. From the point of view of reverse postures in yoga, it is also possible to perform them in hammocks. This technique is called “inversion therapy,” in which participants are hung upside down to remove pressure between the vertebrae.
In addition, we can enjoy other benefits: relieves muscle and joint pain, moisturizes vertebral discs, balances the nervous system, increases mobility and flexibility of the body, strengthens the immune system, stimulates brain function and purifies blood.
The goal is the same as in yoga: self–knowledge and overcoming one‘s limits. The essence of working with these hammocks is to learn both the technique of using them and activating our body. Let‘s learn to be intuitive, and let our body‘s innate intelligence and our internal guidance mechanisms guide us beyond our limits. This is how we will be able to progress.
Flying Yoga is the most complex and fortifying program of exercises to increase inner strength. You will be pleasantly surprised that you will get results right after the first session without overloading your body.
YIN YOGA
A “Yin Yoga“ session consists of body postures that are focused on increasing joint flexibility and unblocking meridians (energy channels) for better energy and blood circulation. This counteracts the aging process and preserves the overall tone.
